::Amazing experience! Bought e-ticket Augustow-Kaunas one day before the trip, and the bus DIDN"T arrived on dedicated Augustow stop! The lady from infoline only confirmed that bus driver simply passed by the city! Totally untrusted company, do not recommend to any traveler. Ecolines simply left the passenger - me - with the ticket. Update: after the conversation with Ecolines Vilnius they simply told that my COMPLAINT (no, this is not a request for money back, this is only the 'complaint') was sent to center office Riga (Ecolines Latvia) and after 30days of the investigation they will give me the anwer. :D

::Worst services in the world. The lady who was issuing tickets at 6 morning having name Baiba was so rude. And the person who was putting bags in bus, he was putting bags for everyone. But when he saw me , mean an Asian he refused to put my bag and said put your bag by yourself. And same happened when was talking out bags from bus after finishing my journey, this time he picked the bag but throw outside so hard that one wheel broken. And during trip in last 3 hours bus was almost empty and I went to use toilet and it was closed. I thought someone is inside. And the same crew lady was sitting and was talking on phone & watching on me that I am waiting. After wait of 12-14 minutes she told toilet is locked and she will open after more 20 min. You can see big racism on the spot by bus employees because it was not case for local people. Only asians. Bus number was 695MRD. Line number was 8474. I was traveling from Warsaw to Riga.

::Old and very uncomfortable buses, provides not what you can expect while traveling in Europe, stewardess friendly and helpful though. Do not recommend to travel with Ecolines unless it is urgent.
