  This is a SCAM-SHOP, not an Apple Shop. The reason why they will try to keep your laptop for one week, using different excuses, is because that is the amount of time they need to receive pieces from suppliers (suppliers anyone can find online, as I did). It takes them minutes to then replace those pieces and over charge you with 500x more what they paid for it. Not only that, but this store shows the best example of horrible customer service I ever saw from ANY Apple store around the world. I have been in apple stores in Hong kong, Thailand, China, USA and Spain, and this one has the most arrogant, dumb and stupid employees I ever saw. Not only did they tried to overcharge me $500 for ONE KEYBOARD piece, but proceeded to insult me and raise their voice, like wild monkeys, when I said I knew they were scamming me with something that costs $3 or less to ship from China, where Apple actually manufactures its pieces. In fact, the same thing they wanted to charge for $500 costs $20 on Amazon. The employees here are not only lazy and ignorant, but also arrogantly insulting and stupid beyond belief. Someone should replace them with real monkeys. Because monkeys can do a better job in exchange for bananas. These guys are not even worth bananas. They cannot even explain something simple. And must think customers have money to burn. If you want to buy anything from Apple, buy from Amazon. This shop exists only to scam fools living in Vilnius. There is nothing, really nothing, useful about this store. NOTHING! You can ship anything they have from Amazon UK and get up to 80% less in nearly all products they sell. As many stores in Vilnius, they are just trying to make money out of people that don't know their options or can't wait. They even wanted me to leave my laptop for one week with them for what they call a "diagnosis". Diagnosis, from a computer store, usually means "scamming procedure", where they replace your pieces with older ones. Just avoid them. They are there to scam and they employees prove it. When people insult you for saying the truth, they reveal themselves as scam artists when the mask falls off. Sadly scamming customers is still hard to prove, otherwise everyone working for this store would be in jail. Avoid this store! Don't buy ANYTHING HERE! Ship from an online store and pay less. I bough what I needed from USA and paid $8 for something they wanted to charge $500.

  Супер магазин и кстати тут возвращают полный НДС наличными Не только на счёт в Литовском банке, как например в Акрополисе, но и Наличными по приезду! Супер!!!

  My preferred Apple store in Vilnius. Nice, clean layout, helpful staff.
