  Nice Boutique Hotel in the old town close to the city hall. Staff was very friendly. Room size is not big but enough. Room was clean

  I must say the hotel has a very high quality service and...that's it. Don't believe pictures you see in booking or Google. The room was tiny, quality of materials/decorations like from early 90s. At 1am some people stood outside my window playing music on the highest volume possible from their cars, hotel stuff reacted very slowly. All cosmetics quality was really low. If not necessary I would recommend to avoid.

  5 star hotel, could deliver a bit more. Lobby staff was professional, friendly, thorough and available to every need. The room a bit smaller than expected, but had surprisingly everything needed, in the right place. Desk with lamp, arm chair, small closet, ironing board and iron, nice led tv, bathroom with clean and perfect drain system for shower, hot towel rack, scale... On the desk I found a 15 Euro voucher, which you will definitely need to lower the high price you will pay at their restaurant. Everything was signed to me personally, hand written. 2 complimentary muffins and coffee as well, which I don't drink. No complimentary water, 8 Euro to buy it. It should be the other way around, free water, pay for coffee. Breakfast was good, everything I tried was cook perfectly, but the selection can be widen. The hotel is right in the heart of town. I recommend it
