::I can't say enough good things about the staff at this hotel. They are attentive to the needs of guests, accommodating, and very friendly. This makes the entire guest experience much more pleasant. The facilities are okay. Radisson probably needs to invest in a renovation of the property at some point soon. Again, the staff picks up the slack here and does the best that can be done with what they have. The rooms are spotlessly clean, linen is changed out regularly, and all of the fixtures were in working order. Overall a great choice if you are staying in Klaipeda.
