  Siaubingas kliento aptarnavimas. Man buvo pranešta atsinešti tam tikrus dokumentus ir atsivesti tėvus norint atsimti kortelę. Atvykus buvau painformuotas, kad tėvai nereikalingi, o mano dokumentas, kurį nurodė jie patys, netinka. Mano draugui jie padarė ne tą kortelę, kurią jis užsisakė. Ne gana to, tą kortelę jie sunaikino nepranešę, nei kad ji pagaminta, nei kad sunaikins. Atvykęs pakartot kortelės gamybos jis dar turėjo papildomai sumokėti ir vėl gavo ne tą kortelę.

  Long queues, no info when is your turn. No privacy when dealing your financial stuff.

  A complete disgrace of client service - expect to spent up to an hour in a room with defunct ventilation with a crowd of angry people. Shame on you Swedbank.

  They can't manage they long queues, waiting time 1hr at least..

  Waste of time. Waited for 40 mins in an overcrowded/smelly "reception" already and will probably have to wait for another 20. Welcome to cost cutting.
