  The worse experience ever!!!!!! Spiders everywhere!!!! We even had to wake up during the night as spiders were dropping onto ourselves! No air conditioning, old and dirty furnitures! Nobody has cleaned-changed towels during our stay! Finally, staff so rude and unprofessional! They have no manners at all!

  The room we booked was not available upon arival, we have been accomadated in different rooms, but we were charged for this extra.

  We booked a double room but got twin beds, when we complained staff was acting as if they're doing us a huge favour by changing it to a double. The new room smelled stale to the point where it stinks. Clean enough but would not stay again despite the great location - for the price, it is not good value at all.

  We have spend a most incredible time in Juodkrante Hotel Azuolynas. The stuff was always helpful and friendly, breakfast not very rich but nice and healthy. Rooms are nice and comfortable, location perfect and place is very cozy and quite :)
