::We stayed there for one night. Pros: The receptionist (woman) was very friendly and helpful. Location is great. You can get 10% discount for aqua park. Cons: The restaurant staff is not so friendly. The dinner is very poor - you can only choose from 2 cold meals and 2 hot meals, no vegeterian or vegan options, no dessert. Although the spaghetti was quite good. The breakfast is also bad - no vegeterian or vegan options. I think it's a must for a 4-star hotel to take into account that not everyone of their guests eat meat and diary products.:) Also, there's a problem with the seats in the restaurant (because there are significantly less of them than rooms) so we had to eat in our room both times. The spa - it's not even a spa. There are two saunas (of which one didn't work) and one bubble bath (which was cold). My experience was not so great, wouldn't recommend this hotel.

::Context: stayed here for two nights together with my family. Pros: + great staff, + good location, + walking distance to the centre, + close to points of interest and restaurants, + well maintained room, + SPA with sauna and jacuzzi, + good food for complimentary breakfast. Cons: - jacuzzi water was lukewarm both days, also had some uncomfortably sharp stair corners below water. - whole spa area is quite cramped, - room was cold in the begining.
