  Probably the best sports complex in the city of Kaunas. Three swimming pools, one of which is an olympic pool, four jacuzzis and four different sauna rooms. The gym is quite miniature yet it includes basic amenities. Most importantly there is a healthy-ish snack bar by the pool that makes fresh juices, salads, pizzas and sandwiches. Indeed it has quite a large workforce and well-trainee staff for a sports complex. Definitely my favorite place to work-out.

  11€ for 2,5 hours or 12€ for 4h. We’ve spent almost 4h and still didn’t want to leave. The place has 3 different sized pools for swimming, learning to swim or just hanging out. In some pools you’re allowed to jump in. There are also 3 jacuzzis (which get pretty busy) and 5 saunas. And there’s even a slide and a bar. I haven’t tried a better swimming facility in Lithuania. Recommend
