::Unfriendly to Americans!!!.... In all my travels to European Countries.........this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. The staff is unaccommodating and boarder line resentful... When asked for some ice in a glass, I was simply told" No Ice........Sorry Sir"...... Since we missed breakfast, when asked for basic direction to the nearest coffee shop, we were asked if we had a map.. .........and then pointed in a general direction......every time we entered the hotel, I felt that we were greeted with judgemental eyes......... I would never stay at this hotel again!!!!... ..to their credit ....the room was clean..........but their amenities are minimal!..... There's much better places to stay!
