  Basic hotel to be a 3 star. Nice people at reception.

  If you must stay at Jurbarkas. Stay here. Place is fantastic. Everything is as it should be. If you are from a country which was never a part of Soviet Union - you must stay there. Everything from almost falling hotel sign on the building to an elevator which will stop operate any moment - smells like Soviet Union. Lady behind counter is extremely friendly and helpful. She greets you with your first name. What a service. Rooms are decent and clean.

  Well past it's prime. Rooms were decent size doors and locks not at all secure.
