  Mano manymu patikimiausia ir ko gero geriausia organizacija Mažeikiuose išsiskirianti iš kitų įmonių tuom, jog čia yra propaguojamas požiūris į sveikesnį gyvenimo būdą, stiprus ir ambicingas kolektyvas.   My experience of working here was amazing, mostly because it was a huge surprise how different this company is comparing to most Lithuanian firms that I had to deal with. I was not expecting to find an organizational structure with that much innovation in technology, management and customer service in the northern town of Lithuania that is mostly famous for its oil refinery and industrial companies. People: A lot of young and energetic people. Company is structured as a family. They play basketball and volleyball together. They attend dance lessons right there inside of the office. Go to the same gym together and all that activity is paid for by Kavita to support and nurture a better company culture. It provides a better connection between departments and comfort levels between employees all over the firm. Kavita also encourages to have a good time that is why it’s covering 50% of costs for trips to different kind of events like concerts, bike riding, waterpark and skiing trips. Encourages learning: Provides all types of training and self-development tools to its employees. Marketing, ethics, sales, communication and many other topics are taught by getting the best experts in the field. Company provides space and transportation for all the learning activities. It also has a library that people can use to borrow books or share their own. It also buys some books for employees to read if they ask. Technology is widely used to automatize processes, connect people in intranet, and provide a better quality project management system and CRM. This company made me change my view on business environment in Lithuania. I was very sceptic about businesses’ ability to innovate and stay ahead of the curve in Lithuania, but now I know that it is possible for companies survive and prosper by applying western business strategies in post-soviet business environments.
