::How can you call it a steakhouse if you can't even serve medium rare steak. Mine was almost well-done and came with cold gravy 🤢. On a top of that we got charged extra €2 for a bit of ketchup, anywhere else condiments are complimentary or they at least let you know there is a small fee. Overall we were disappointed with food but service was good and we really liked their beers and fried bread with garlic and cheese.
