  Booked a luxury room and was placed in a simple double. When confronted reception they just said that it is OK because of high season and did not offer any compensation except 3 smallest cupcakes. Very unpleasant situation, and bad customer service.

  Fantastic. Wonderful really friendly staff. Spacious apartment. Would look after us wonderfully x we really enjoyed stay here and that's all thanks to friendly staff who would even open the doors for us when we got back :-)
