::I've been coming to Lithuania for many years now and mostly to kaunas. The one thing I miss when I'm here is a good latte but this is the only place in kaunas (I'm sure there are some in Vilnius) that actually has a decent latte. Its similar to insomnia or costa in Ireland, but the addition here is that they serve a selection of hot food as well as the usual muffins or curd bake. You can get pancakes, crepes etc
