  Staff was great - customer-focused and Very helpful. Location and free parking are good. New building part already Need some renovation, TV in the room was funny small vs room size. Breakfast time starting from 8:00, the staff was helpful an we found a solution, but in general 8:00 is too late. The room was not valued for money. Next time will look for new options.

  Don't even know where to begin with this hotel. This is definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. We paid over 200 euros for the most disappointing and overpriced few nights. When we arrived there were no signs of a reception so we ended up circling the building until we were told that where the "Lounge Bar" sign is- that is the reception. Hotel staff was alright although reluctant to speak in English. Also forget about a warm welcome. Our room had a balcony on the second floor in the old building. It did have a certain charm to it but we couldn't ignore how tasteless some of it was. Old tv, scratched and peeling off wallpaper, barely bubbling whirpool bath, taps that need replacing and missing shower hose for the wet room. Carpet was gross, wish they just stuck with laminate flooring throughout.  Beds are uncomfortable as well as the pillows. No tea or coffee making facilities or ice. Mini fridge with no mini bar. But the worst thing about the hotel was breakfast (we were reserving our judgement until we've eaten here). Barely any choice, seems like they were really trying to save on everything. Canned sausages, old pastries, no bacon, almost no hot food at all. Coffee from machines was poor, the dining area wasn't very clean either. We didn't even bother to show up next day. Poor amenities in the bathroom. Tiny soaps that barely lather, same with shampoos. Hair dryer is laughable. First time they cleaned our room they didn't make our bed nicely, left the fresh towels on a dusty window cill and didn't replace the wet floor mat. The free pool they advertise so much was really small, quite dirty and outdated. The taps in the ladies room were broken, towels tattered,  embarrassing. The only positive things I can say about this hotel was the good location and view from the balcony. How they got 4 star hotel rating is beyond me.

  “This property indeed exceeded my expectations. It was my first time in Druskininkai so it was a pleasant surprise to realize the hotel is in the heart of the action. A couple of minutes away from the legendary restaurant "Sirdele", One Adventure Park, the cableway "linas", and a Chinese restaurant--al absolutely recommended by the way. The aqua park is right next to the hotel as well but I can't recommend it since I didin´t pay it a visit. The hotel has an old school vibe (think of The Shining) but it carries the vibe in a good, welcoming way. If you want a good point from which to explore Druskininkai Europa Royale is a great option. If you are looking for an impressive pool, and spa complex Royale will most likely disappoint you.”

  Hotel itself is lovely though it need a bit of renovation. Unfortunately dinner was below average and breakfast wasn't that good quality as I would expect. Overall I do suggest to stay at this hotel because it is on prime location and has a great staff.

  Rooms on a ground floor need serious renovation and you can smell mold in corridors. Very pour breakfast, no minibar in the room. Ordered 3 rooms, will never come back here again
