  Приехали в отель, хотел перед ужином помыться с дороги,а воды нет.😨Пошли ужинать.Нашим ужином накормили другую группу и нам пришлось ждать 35 минут за столом.😔В комнате офисный потолок.☹Телевизор маленький

  Extremely unfriendly staff! I had to wait 4 hours in the lobby for my room to be ready, the morning after I ate my breakfast standing because of too many people there and when I kindly complained to a staff member I was mistreated. The lobby looks nice but the rooms are ugly, very hot on the side of the road when sun is shining. I had a room at the 1st floor, at the main road side, I couldn't open my window because people were smoking downstairs and all the smoke and smell of cigarettes went inside my room. I don't recommend this place if you want to have a nice time in Vilnius.

  Unfriendly, inflexible staff, small room, with very outdated furniture, ugly rooms, the place seems to have kept the communist times' charm. Breakfast is also poor quality. Wouldn't recommend.
